Graft vs. Host Disease (GVHD) Group

The GVHD Strategy Group promotes clinical and translational trials targeting acute and chronic GVHD that may also aid in understanding the pathophysiology of the underlying disease.  PTCTC acts in collaboration with BMT CTN for trials accruing children and adults.  In addition, PTCTC coordinates pediatric focused studies. 

Active trials focus on:

  • ​Biomarkers to diagnose and prognosticate acute and chronic GVHD

  • Prevention of GVHD

  • Treatment of GVHD
